I obtained my Doctor of Psychology degree from California Southern University, where I graduated Summa Cum Laude. I also hold a Master’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Child and Adolescent Development and am a Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor in the State of New York. Currently, I am licensed as a Clinical Psychologist in NY, DE, WI and TX and specialize in working with adult individuals with co-occurring disorders. My work experience includes a variety of settings, including inpatient units, outpatient services and community-based mental health services.
My approach is collaborative and grounded. I draw from a range of modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based strategies, and trauma-informed care to ensure the process is grounded in research yet flexible to your unique goals. I provide remote psychological services designed to help adults, couples, and families overcome life's challenges with strength and clarity. I offer evidence-based therapy for anxiety, depression, psychosis, stress, relationship issues, and personal growth. I help individuals build resilience, improve communication, and find emotional balance.
Choosing to begin therapy is a courageous step, and I want to honor that by creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and genuinely supported. I believe therapy should be a conversation, not a lecture. You are the expert on your own life; I bring psychological tools and insights that we’ll tailor to your needs and goals. Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you —building clarity, developing coping strategies, and ultimately helping yourself.
