You don't have to have it all figured out before reaching out. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, substance use, or just the weight of everything at once — this is a space where you can slow down, be honest, and start building real change.

I obtained my Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) from California Southern University, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and hold a Master's degree in Psychology with a concentration in Child and Adolescent Development. I am also a Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) in New York State.
My background spans inpatient units, outpatient programs, and community-based mental health — which means I bring real clinical depth to every session, not just textbook theory.
I specialize in working with adults navigating co-occurring disorders — the intersection of mental health conditions like anxiety and depression alongside substance use. I'm licensed to provide telehealth therapy in New York, Texas, Colorado, Virginia, Wisconsin, and Delaware.

No two people arrive at therapy the same way. That's why my approach draws from a range of proven modalities — Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based strategies, and trauma-informed care — and adapts them to your specific goals, pace, and history.
I work with adults on:
Therapy here is collaborative, not prescriptive. You bring your life — I bring the tools.

All sessions are conducted via secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth. No commute, no waiting room — just you and the work, from wherever you are.
If you're searching for an online psychologist in New York, a telehealth therapist in Texas, or remote mental health support anywhere in Colorado, Virginia, Wisconsin, or Delaware — you're in the right place.
Flexible scheduling available, including evenings.

Starting therapy takes courage — and I don't take that lightly. Your first session is a conversation, not an evaluation. We'll talk about what's bringing you in, what's felt impossible to change, and what you're hoping life could look like on the other side of this work.
There's no pressure to have the right words. You just have to show up.

Whether you've been in therapy before or this is completely new territory — you deserve support that actually works. Let's find out together if we're a good fit.
If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please call 911, visit your nearest emergency room, or contact the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988.
